After many years of behind the scenes work at RittWatchman & Associates, Melinda now looks after the Team roles and Customer experience.

With many years in Customer service and management roles Melinda can bring all her talents to the firm. She is always here to lend a hand, organize a party or promote our latest achievement. With a smile on her face, she gets in and gets the job done.

Melinda comes to us with many talents and lots of enthusiasm. Her resume covers Event Management, Wedding Co-Ordinator, Sales Manager, Admin and Retail and marketing.

With management roles in customer service, she understands the importance in education and training and believes that by enhancing both you can provide better support and service.

Melinda believes offering amazing customer service as a backbone to enhancing the customers experience and a vital component in building a successful business. With that in mind Melinda likes to encourage and support the Team to be their best.

Melinda loves going for walks and listening to podcasts. With awesome friends and family, she is always happy for a catch up, camping or a day at the beach.
